General Shipping policy 

BeautyOfLighting.com provides FREE Regular Ground Shipping for orders over $200.00 to the lower 48 states. If your order has multiple items that get shipped in several packages (to the same address), you will not incur any additional handling charges. Selected items such as large and oversized chandeliers are subject to a flat per item handling fee per item. Please see individual products for information.

There will be a standard $15.00 shipping fee ( includes shipping and handling fees) for orders below 200.00 to the lower 48 states.

Most fixtures are shipped per UPS. Large heavy items shipped freight are delivered to curbside or driveway only and may incur a $75 oversized item surcharge. Please contact Customer Service for shipping quotes to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.  

We do not offer quick delivery service on items. 

We do not deliver orders to P.O. Box Addresses.

International Shipping Policy

At this time we do not deliver orders to international countries.

General Return Policy

Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, you may return for a refund, less a 25% restocking fee and the initial shipping cost, any lighting fixture or related product that has not been used, is in its original box, and is in resalable condition.  The fixture cannot have been installed or modified in any way. The fixture must be enclosed in the original box with sufficient packaging material and have a Return Goods Authorisation Number (RGA#), on the returned box. Send us an email to customerservice@BeautyOfLighting.com to initiate the return process, clearly stating your situation and what you would like to return.

The following types of items and orders do not qualify for returns or refund:

  • Large orders: ( An order with the quantity of 10 or more of a single item or an order having an invoice total greater than $2000)
  • Light Bulbs, Parts, and Shades do not qualify for returns unless the error was the fault of BeautyOfLighting.com.
  • Items not purchased from BeautyOfLighting.com are not eligible to be returned.
  • Custom orders or products that have been built to order are non-returnable unless they have a defect.
  • Special Purchases, such as: Inventory Sale Items, Custom Quotes, Special Discounts.
  • Expedited shipping and charges for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and internationally are all non-refundable.

Return Policy for "Large Orders" 

An order with the quantity of 10 or more of a single item or an order that have a total invoice cost of over $2000 are classified by BeautyOfLighting.com as "Large Orders". Large Orders are not eligible for returns. If you are purchasing a large quantity of an item we recommend first purchasing a sample to make sure that the product meets your requirements and that you are completely satisfied with the product. It is the customers responsibility to make sure they have all the necessary information and that all their questions have been answered before their order is placed.

Custom Made, Non-Returnable Products

Any products that are custom made, will be mentioned in the product description as per item as some of Crystorama Lighting products are custom made. These products are non-returnable.
 

Return Policy for Products Damaged During Shipment and Defective Products

After receiving your shipment, you have within 10 days of receipt in which to inspect the product(s) and inform BeautyOfLighting.com of any defects in the manufacturing or damages that occurred during shipment, prior to delivery. If you determine your product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please follow the procedures for contacting Customer Service as stated below in: "How to Return Products". We will repair or replace the damaged or defective goods at no additional charge, but if return is desired the restocking fees will apply. If you fail to notify BeautyOfLighting.com within 10 days of receipt of any defective or damaged merchandise, BeautyOfLighting.com is not responsible for the defective/damaged product and will not be able to service you with a replacement or refund.

How to Return Products

To return fixtures for any reason, please contact Customer Service. BeautyOfLighting.com customer service representative will issue a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#), provide return shipment instructions, and assist you with all other return questions.  Returns must include the original box, packaging, and accessories. After receiving the Return Goods Authorization Number, the customer will have 30 days in which to return the product to BeautyOfLighting.com. After 30 days, the Return Goods Authorization will expire and no replacements or refunds will be given.

The Customer's Responsibilities when Returning Product

When returning product to BeautyOfLighting.com it is the customer's responsibility to pack the product in the original box with sufficient packaging material, mark the box with the issued RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number, and it is in the customer's best interest to insure the package. Any item received damaged at BeautyOfLighting.com is the customer's responsibility and no replacement or refund will be issued.

Products that are Damaged During Return Shipment

If the product is damaged during shipment back to BeautyOfLighting.com, BeautyOfLighting.com will not be able to issue the customer a refund or credit for the product. We will inform the customer via email that the item(s) were received damaged and we will hold the damaged product up to 45 days. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier and to instruct BeautyOfLighting.com concerning the disposition of the damaged product. If BeautyOfLighting.com has not received notification or response from the customer within 45 days, the item will be field destroyed.

Refunds

The customer will be refunded (less applicable restocking fees) once we have received the returned item and inspected the item for damage. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Refunds must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of product. The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt of RGA instructions.

Items returned will be issued a refund via the same method in which the item was purchased. Refunds via check normally will be issued within 14 business days of final approval of receipt of return in good condition, to the manufacturers or wholesale distributors, whichever your RMA requires.

Items returned without the proper RGA or items returned to the wrong location may delay or completely cancel your refund.

Please read your RGA instructions carefully to not delay your refund.

Order Cancellations

Unshipped items can be cancelled as long as the item was not manufactured specifically for you.  Some items, while they can be cancelled, involve a manufacturer's cancellation fee, for which the customer is liable.

Product Descriptions, Pricing and Options

The product descriptions and images displayed on BeautyOfLighting.com are provided by the individual manufacturers.

Product descriptions are transcribed directly from the catalogs of our respective manufacturers and BeautyOfLighting.com and not responsible for any misrepresentations thereof. In the event of misrepresented product dimensions (product dimensions are typically accurate within 1-2 inches), BeautyOfLighting.com will be happy to investigate the matter with the manufacturer.

The pricing of merchandise displayed on BeautyOfLighting.com is subject to the suggested retail pricing provided by our respective manufacturers. Pricing is subject to change without notice. At the discretion of BeautyOfLighting.com, previous pricing and price quotes may not be applicable.

PLEASE BE ADVISED, due to the application of certain finishes and the settings of an individual user's monitor, variations in color may exist between posted images and actual product. For this reason, BeautyOfLighting.com is not responsible for these variations and may not qualify for non-penalized return. Please review or return policy on this matter. 

Taxes

BeautyOfLighting.com does not charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Florida! If you order within the state of Florida, you will be charged an additional 6.5% for sales tax.
